The Building Process

RedEye ARC models are built using our patented 3 dimensional printers. Our innovative technology can convert your 2D Cad data into an accurate and durable plastic model.

How do we bring your blueprints to life?

First we start by collecting your Cad files just as your contractors would. We would then convert your 2 dimensional plans into a 3 dimensional file that would include all the interior and exterior design elements of your home. Understanding that the home buyer is itemizing all that the home has to offer, we make sure to include every appliance and fixture in your property.

Once the 3D file is approved, the model is sent to one our eighty systems to be built. Using an additive process, our equipment builds your model in one piece from the ground up by melting one layer of plastic at a time. This patented technique allows our equipment to build details that would be impossible with traditional modeling. Once the machine is finished, the model is removed in a white durable plastic form.

The model is now ready for the final touches. Our talented model painters add textures such as stucco to give the models a realistic look. Paint is then applied to the model with accuracy by using the same exact paint you would on your development.

The model is then packaged and shipped to your sales office to be utilized as the ultimate design communication tool.
