How much does it cost?
RedEye ARC’s sales models vary from $1.00 up to $3.00 per sq/ft for a
quarter scale model (1 inch = 4 feet), depending on the
level of detail you require.

How big are the models?
RedEye ARC’s sales models are generally built at a quarter scale
(1 inch = 4 feet). However, we can build models as big or small as you like.

How accurate is the color of the model to the actual home?
The color of the sales model is approximately
95% accurate to the color of the home. Once you notify
us of the paint code and manufacturer, our finishing
department will use the exact paint you will use on your
project.

How long does it take?
The entire project will take approximately two
weeks. First, we convert your project into a 3D file.
Then, we will send you a proof for final review and
once approved, we start the build. We apply the paint
and finishing details, and the model is on its way to
you.

What do you need to build a model of our project?
We would need the CAD files of the elevations and the floor plans. You
can send us the architect’s contact information and we will request the
files for you.

What do you mean by “interactive” model?
Our interactive sales models are a unique
sales tool that allows your client to remove the
rooftop revealing the entire floor plan.

Do I need to protect the model once I receive it?
No, our models are built to last. They are designed for handling,
not to sit under Plexiglas housing.

How accurate is the model?
The floor plan is 100% accurate to the plans
you provide us.

What do I do if I want to show options in the
model?
In situations where options are available, we
will build the model with removable and interchangeable
sections easily displaying all the options.
